昨夜の揚げ豚足

先ずは酢ダレを調合。
(´・ノω・`)コッソリ、隠し味は昆布茶＾＾
で、ブツをボイル。
一応ボイルしてあるのを買ったけど、更に茹でる。
そして水気を取っての揚げ、両面を３〜４分ずつくらいかな？
後は特性酢ダレで美味しく(○｀〜´○)モグモグ
