＊具無茶碗蒸し




昼：
牛丼
小かぶの炒め煮
ところ天
すまし汁

おやつ：
シュークリーム
カルシウム牛乳




夕：
茹鶏のゆず味噌添え
ﾅｽとﾋﾟｰﾏﾝの炒め物
すまし汁
果物



来ました。。。連チャンで。。。
逃げ出してグレてやる。。。

朝の食事はなんだか寂しいですね
とどめは具なし茶碗蒸しですか
具何でもいいから入れてくれれば美味しくいただけるのに

具なし茶碗蒸し・・・。
悪役スターになってきましたね。
なんか工夫はないもんなんですかね・・・。

今回はなんだかちょっとさみしいですね・・・(^_^;)
