和食(わしょく)使(つか)われる海藻(かいそう)は、海苔(のり)昆布(こんぶ)、わかめ、ひじき、もずく、(うみ)ぶどう、青海苔(あおのり)の7種類(しゅるい)一般的(いっぱんてき)である。

washoku ni tsukawareru kaisō wa, nori, konbu, wakame, hijiki, mozuku, umi budō, aonori no 7 shurui ga ippanteki de aru.
