梅干しとは

梅干(うめぼ)しは(うめ)塩漬(しおづ)けにした、日本(にほん)伝統的(でんとうてき)()(もの)です。お(こめ)一緒(いっしょ)()べることが(おお)いです。

Umeboshi wa ume o shiozuke ni shita, Nihon no dentōteki na tabemono desu. o kome to issho ni taberu koto ga ōi desu.

Umeboshi is a traditional Japanese food made from pickled plums in salt. It is often eaten with rice.
