 On par five hole number seven, my approach shot from 120 yards fell short of reaching the green. Initially, I thought the ball had landed in the bunker in front. However, when I got there, I found it stuck on the steep slope leading up to the green. The angle was too steep to stand on, making it impossible to hit out. I decided to take a penalty for an unplayable lie, dropped the ball inside the bunker, and then took three shots to escape from the very deep sand. I ended up with an eight on this par five—not ideal, but it was the best I could manage under the circumstances.
