Three D Jobs

You may have heard of Three D jobs work, which stands for “difficult", "dirty", and "dangerous". Therefore, they are unpopular, even though they are also necessary. These jobs have a higher unit cost because fewer people apply for them.

This is true not only for employment but for business. With less competition, companies can raise the selling price. On the other hand, more companies offer jobs everyone wants, so for those jobs, there’s a lot of competition, so it’s likely price competition will occur.

When starting a new business, it’s important to consider what kind of work is " difficult", "dirty", and "dangerous" with little competition. Many businesses in the world are indispensable but there aren’t many companies that can provide the same services. So, it might be a good idea to consider them.

As a side note, here’s a boy scout saying:

saying from the Boy Scouts of America, "I am willing to do what others don't want me to do”. When I asked my friend what that meant, he replied, "to harass people" and he wasn’t allowed to join the troop. Everyone laughed at him, but when someone asked me the same question, I gave them the same answer. I’m lucky they didn’t ask this question in my entrance exam.

Debit Card for Japan Trip ... Update

I was able to use Fidelity Debit Card to withdraw money at ATM in Japan.
I withdraw 50,000yen ... It costs me $346.13 ... the rate was 144.45yen = $1.00

There seems no transaction fee not ATM fee charged.
There was a option to get charged in US $ at ATM but I selected to charge my account in Japanese yen. It was muchu better rate that way.

Also, I wanted to withdraw 100,000yen but it was over the limit.

Garbage and Recycle Pickup in Japan

Unlike United Sates, the garbedge is picked up at the curve side. Multiple family share the same curve side. Also as you cam see, gargedge and recycles are separated but thrown out together. I guess they are pickled up together but separated at the processing center.
