Bringing another fiber optics!!!
As a part of building a new datacenter at PSPINC HQ building, we are bring in a new fiber optic line. Well, it turned out to be a big project. They have drilled the street in front of our building. Now they are ding something at 140th which is a major street near by. I heard they are closing 14th street this weekend too.

We really did not know it was such a big deal. We really are sorry about all the constructions going on.

We are working with Mr. Tim Girvin to create our corporate branding. Today we had a session to discuss abstract ideas about our company. I am not too good about thinking abstractly which made this session very difficult for me. I guess Mayumi, president of PSPINC, and sales support staff had much easier time than me.


However, I learn more about how Mayumi and her staffs are thinking about PSP. That was very interesting. I was really my pleasure to work with Mr. Girvin.

Today my Entourage (Microsoft's email software for Mac OS-X) crashed several times. This was really a first time it happened but I upgraded the Mac OS to the latest Snow Leopard.

If this problem continues, I may have to stop using Microsoft Entourage. PSPINC is now building a brand new web mail software. I am really looking forward for that.

It turned out to be a very nice day today. I got to play 9 holes. There were nobody else on the course. I finished 9 holes in about an hour and half.

I did not go play golf thinking it is going to rain ... but actually it did not rain that hard today. But the decision not to go play golf was probably a good one. It was really windy anyway for golf.

Who is HTC?
I have been hearing about the company called HTC. Today, I saw it on the metro bus. So I did a little research.

HTC is a Taiwan cellular phone manufacturer who is making many Windows Mobile phone on a OEM bases. They have decided to come put of the closet three years ago and recently making a marketing push.

There are two people who are building a wall for our new data center. They are taking really long time to complete this. I do not know much about laying bricks, but it may be more beneficial to get thing done in as quickly as possible. But they are taking more than 3 weeks now.
