出雲の銘酒　『王禄』

いつ飲んでも旨い酒です。

日本酒度＋９・７という超辛口酒。

酸度が２を超える２．５というのもいい。

酸度が２．５だからか辛さを感じさせなく、旨味とまろみが広がる。

今や山陰の代表的な日本酒として存在感を示している。

　『王禄　超辛口純米　無濾過直汲』　　王禄酒造　　島根県松江市東出雲町

この蔵、全てが無濾過、火入れを極力しない生または生詰。

さらに劣化を防ぐため、全て瓶貯蔵。

こだわりの蔵です。
