原料に　「ダイチノユメ」　を使用し、白麹仕込み。

デンプン価が高く、注目のさつま芋　「ダイチノユメ」　の魅力をしっかりと詰め込んだ、
芳醇な芋焼酎です。

まだ濾過技術が発達していなかった頃の、骨太で素朴な味わいが楽しめる焼酎です。

生でじっくりと味わうか、お湯割りで広がる香りを楽しむかは、　お好みで！！！
