さかなのマスターにお願いして造っていただきました。

全９種類のさかなが盛られた特別刺し身盛りです。

ヒラメ、ブリ、サーモン、イカ、イカゲソ

３類の酢〆、ひらめ、さば、たこ、と焼き穴子。

どれも美味しい。　

お酒は、広島のファーストステージを祝い、

広島の銘酒　「酔心　純米無濾過　生原酒」


　　　★”酔心”　が　”心”　に染み渡ります・・・
