日本酒度：＋４　　酸度：１．５　　アルコール分：１５％　　

創業宝暦四年（１７５４年）、260年、真岡の地で酒造りを行ってきた由緒ある酒蔵、辻善兵衛商店。

現在の杜氏は第１６代目辻善兵衛こと同蔵専務の辻寛之氏。

麹米に全量　「雄町」　を使用する事により、雄町特有の深みのある味わいをもち、

掛米に　「夢錦」　を使用する事で、後味もキレ良く仕上げてあります。
