ここの　「毛蟹の酢の物」　は、食べやすいように剝いて盛り付けをしています。

蟹は向いて食べるのが面倒で、あまり注文はしませんが、

剝いてくれてるので、手を汚さずに食べる事ができるので女性には人気です。

蟹味噌もたくさん入っていてとても美味しい。

チーフ曰く　「剝く手間の方が蟹より高く付きます！」　と冗談を言います。

　　★これもコース料理の中に入っているのが嬉しいです。
