｢豊後地鶏の塩焼き｣

｢豊のシヤモ｣　と言われる、豊後地鶏の塩焼きです。

由布の方で多く育てられているようです。

肉は地鶏らしく歯ごたえがあり、噛めばかむほど味がでます。

大分には、豊後どりや豊後赤鶏などの地鶏がありますが、

大分の飲食店では、日向地鶏のほうが多く使われているようです。

これは、豊後地鶏の生産が少なく、あまり流通されてない現れです。

　　　★味は日向地鶏をしのぐのですが・･・
