享保年間（1716～35年）の創業。

酒銘　「亀の井（かめのい）」　は、蔵が万年山麓に位置していることから古諺にいう　
「鶴は千年、亀は万年の歳を経る」　に由来。

仕込水には万年山の伏流水、大分県内で唯一の　「山廃仕込み」　をする酒蔵。

【代表銘柄】　亀の井、玄亀、空河、天華伝承

　★玄亀（純米吟醸）は　「高級クルーズトレインななつ星に搭載！」　で有名に！
