「刺身のつま」と「けん」！

【つま＝褄（端）】　　※お刺身に添えられているものの総称。
　　ワカメ、シソの花（ピンク系の紫色、稲穂状に花がつく）、菊の花（タンポポに似ている）、
　　紫芽（むらめ　濃い紫のごく小さい植物）、シソ（大葉）の双葉などのほか、山葵も含まれる。

【けん＝剣】　　※つまの一種。
　　大根、にんじん、たまねぎ、キュウリなどを細く切ったもの。

★お刺身をいただく時はつまをなるべく一緒に食べるようにしましょう！

　　　おいさんは一味をかけてポン酢で必ず頂きます！
