八尾の若ごぼう・葉ごぼう！

この時期が美味しい旬の時期です！　「葉ごぼうのおひたし」

「若ごぼう」　とも　「葉ごぼう」　ともいい産地は大阪府八尾市が有名です！

葉ごぼうは春の野菜で、ハウス物が１月下旬辺りから収穫が始まり、
路地物の収穫は３月頃となり４月の初旬辺りまで続きます。

　　★苦みが大人の味で春を食べてる！感が強い！
