いつものコース料理のメーン料理は飛騨高山から取り寄せる　「飛騨牛」　の網焼きです！

マスター曰く、「毎回一度に20kgほど仕入れます！」　「いい肉ではない時は仕入れません！」　とのこと！

魚や野菜、そして肉にもこだわりを持っています！

　　★しかし。いつ食べても美味しい♪　柔らかくて甘みがありジューシィーです♫
