久しぶりの　『真砂寿司』　に！

JR住吉駅前にある人気の本格寿司屋です！

この日はご主人が　「生のトリ貝が入ってますよ！握りましょうか？」　と！

「いえ！　作りで出してください。」　と出たのがこれです♪

生の活トリ貝はなかなか手には入りません！　珍しいです。

　　　★甘みがあり、貝特の食感と味は抜群でした♪
