この11月1日から新発売された臼杵産の新ブランドの養殖ブリです‼️

臼杵市にある酒蔵、久家本店の酒粕を餌にブリに与えて養殖を❗

そこで臼杵産の「酔い（よい）ブリ」とブランド名を‼️😁

養殖にしてはクセが無くあっさりと食べやすくとても美味しい‼️😋✨
