住吉の立ち呑み「ばっくす」の料理です‼️

このエレベーターと言うネーミングの料理は京都の居酒屋で言われ出したとか⁉️

厚揚げの上に大根おろしが乗っかった料理です❗

厚揚げの「上げ」、大根おろしの「下ろす」で『上げ下ろし』でエレベーターとか‼️😁

他には和牛串焼き、キノコのホイル焼き、鶏ささみタタキ、冷やっこ❗😋✨
