この時期だけの今が旬の淡路島産の茎ワカメです‼️

葉ワカメより長く茹でて小口切りをします。

なるべく薄く小口切りをする方が美味しくいただけます😋

カボスポン酢に炒りゴマと一味を降って‼️😃✨
