この果物知っていますか？　新品...
「つがる」　と　「プリシラ」　を交配して作られた岩手の　「りんご」　です。
真黄色です、青森の人気のあるりんご、「トキ」　より黄色味が強いです。

　　『黄香（おうか）』　　ＪＡ全農いわて　岩手県新品種研究会

糖度１３〜１５％程度、甘味はかなり強い。
豊富な果汁としっかりした歯ごたえのある食感。
独特の甘い香りが特徴。
果皮が極めて薄く、このままかぶりついて食べれます。

熟期は９月下旬〜１０月上旬、今が食べごろの旬です。

蜜があまり入ってないと思いますが、甘味はかなり強いです。

果皮は極薄なので、皮が剥きにくいです。
