今朝のKUMAの食事(2011.03.07)今朝は早起きして

雨、5.0℃

今朝は未明に起きだして、溜まっている原稿の書き上げ（涙）
昨日は山行きで、帰宅後、家事をこなしたらバタン。
未明に目が覚め、仕事をこなし、６時から朝食の準備です。

相変わらずの玄米雑炊
野菜がめちゃめちゃに入っています。
人参、ブロッコリー、油揚げ、ハム、わかめ、卵など
白だしと醤で味付け

大根おろし＋小女子
塩さば
八朔
今日はCoffeeではなく鉄観音茶
