Mt.Ontake(2024.01.01)
Mount Ontake is a trapezoidal mountain that extends from north to south, but only
the southernmost part is visible from Aichi Prefecture, where it is recognized as a
conical mountain mass.
Personally, I feel that the view of Mount Ontake from Aichi Prefecture is the most
beautiful.
御嶽山は南北に長い台形の山ですが、愛知県からはその南端部分しか見えず、
円錐形の山塊として認識されています。個人的にも御嶽山は愛知県から見る形が
一番綺麗だと感じています。

Stars Trail in KISO(2023.12.29)
Shooting in Kizomura, Nagano Prefecture.
It was late at night, and despite the presence of a full moon making it difficult to
observe as many stars with the naked eye, the air transparency was remarkably high.
Shooting conditions were excellent due to the absence of urban light pollution in this
area.
長野県木祖村での撮影。
時間は深夜、この日は満月のため肉眼では、これほどの星は視認出来ませんが、
さすがに空気の透明度が高く、都市光のない状態での撮影は良好でした。

Ski Lesson(2023.12.30)
2023.12.29-30 SkiのLessonを受けてきました。
私のSkinの師匠は年末で超多忙、そこでなんと両日は大御所の神田先生からに
指導を頂きました。
なんとなく滑走は出来るものの、まだまだ「平踏み」が出来ておらず基本姿勢の修正
の2日間でした。
今回、基本姿勢の修正で幾つかの問題点が見つかりましたが、その中で器材に設定
に起因するものがあり、これも基本姿勢の修正時に発覚した物がありました。
これは、スキーブーツの装着が甘かったのが原因でした。
これは、登山靴でも同様であったことの応用が出来ず、だんだん靴の中で足が
左右にぶれるようになり、これが原因で小回りでの左旋回時に板の先端が触れる
事象が出るのを発見出来ました。
靴を締め直すことで、この問題点を解決、小回りでもパラレルターンがやっと出来る
ようになりました。
写真は大御所とのスナップ、なんと年齢差は20年あります。

Ski(2023.12.25）
I had a gap of 9 months, but finally went skiing for the first time this winter on Sunday.
Although there was not much snow, the snow quality was good, and despite the hiatus, I managed to ski somehow.
As expected, at first, my body couldn't keep up, and until I got used to it, it was a
repetition of turns at low speed, focusing on training weight shifting.
9ヶ月のブランクがありましたが、日曜日にやっと今冬初滑りでした。
雪は少なめでしたが雪質が良く、ブランクがありましたが、どうにか滑走してきました。
やはり最初は体がついて行かず、なれるまでは低速でのターンの繰り返しで、
重心移動のトレーニングでした。

今日の日の出(2023.12.23)
It started snowing in the morning, and the outside temperature is 1°C.
Today, I will be conducting electrical work throughout the day at my condominium.
I'll be replacing all the fluorescent lights with LED lights. Especially for special-shaped
fixtures like garden lights and staircase lights, I will replace the light bulb sockets and
switch to universal LED bulbs.
Both are used as night lights, so I can expect a reduction in electricity costs.
朝から雪が降り始めました、外気温は1℃。
今日は自宅のあるマンションで終日電気工事、蛍光灯かたLEDに全数交換します。
特に庭園灯や階段灯など、特殊な形状の機器は電球のソケットを交換して汎用型のLEDに

今日は冬至（2023.12.22）
I thought it was already December, but today is the winter solstice, and work will wrap
up in seven more days.
Thanks to everyone, work has gradually increased since the end of the COVID-19
pandemic, and it looks like I'll somehow make it through the year.
I'm grateful to those who have supported me.
On the 20th, I was in Takamatsu, and yesterday I was in Okayama for year-end business trips.
There were some significant developments in several important meetings."
12月になったと思っていたら、今日はもう冬至、あと7日で仕事納めになります。
おかげさまで、コロナ明けから、だんだん仕事が増加し、なんとか年が越せそうです。
ご贔屓いただいている方々に感謝です。
