Ski(2023.12.25）

I had a gap of 9 months, but finally went skiing for the first time this winter on Sunday.
Although there was not much snow, the snow quality was good, and despite the hiatus, I managed to ski somehow.
As expected, at first, my body couldn't keep up, and until I got used to it, it was a
repetition of turns at low speed, focusing on training weight shifting.
 
 
9ヶ月のブランクがありましたが、日曜日にやっと今冬初滑りでした。
雪は少なめでしたが雪質が良く、ブランクがありましたが、どうにか滑走してきました。
 
やはり最初は体がついて行かず、なれるまでは低速でのターンの繰り返しで、
重心移動のトレーニングでした。

さすが平日の月曜日、すいていますね
土日はさぞかし混むことでしょう

我が家のホームゲレンデは、志賀高原サンバレースキー場でした
また行きたいけど…もう無理やなぁ～

謹賀新年、今年もよろしくお願い申し上げます。
平日はやはり空いています、さらに雪が少ないので・・・・

志賀高原、我が家からのでも結構遠いのです、さらに東京圏（雪なし）からの不慣れなドライバーが来るので、降雪があると大変です。
