おちゃのじかんが続きます。 黄金のカステラには、やはり黄金のお皿でしょう♪ 初春なので、紅梅にしました。 しっとりなカステラの底には、サクサクとしたざらめが隠れています。 お正月にいただく定番のカステラです。
