切り干し大根、新しい味。

今、「発酵」がマイブーム。

甘酒を作ったので、
Facebook LIVEで教えてもらった
「甘酒入りスパイシー美肌切り干し」を
作ってみました。

戻した切り干し大根を他の材料と
炒めて、甘酒とカレー粉、塩で味付け。

これがピリッと美味しい！
甘めの煮物より飽きずに食べられる。

珍しくほめられたし、
我が家の定番になりそう。
