ロタウイルスに感染する
娘がかかりました。突然の嘔吐と下痢で娘はとても苦しそうでした。このウイルスは周囲に感染しやすいというので、注意しながら処理をしました。しかし、看護の際、私は頭から娘のものをもらいました（暖かかったです）が、幸い、私は胃もたれ程度で収まりました。が、かみさんは寝ています。

今週はとても寒く、最高で氷点下1度、最低が氷点下4度です。

とにかく安静ですね・・・。

ひどくするとあとが厄介です・・・。
寒いので部屋の暖房もしっかりですね。
