焼き菓子の中でも大好きなお菓子。
応用クラスのレッスンです

フィユタージとアーモンドクリームをいっしょに焼いたお菓子
そんな組み合わせのお菓子はたくさんの種類があるけど
アイシングをいっしょに焼くので、食べるとバリバリサクサク会話しているみたいな賑やかな音がします。

レッスンでは生地から作ります。もちろん短時間で出来上がりますから市販のパイシートなんて買わないで手作りしてくださいね。
