ガナッシュとスポンジのケーキです

3年前にレッスンしたときは丸い形でしたが
今年はハートの形に仕上げていきます

バレンタインデーに使えそうなチョコレートケーキをレッスンします

早めに作っておいても大丈夫です
もちろん冷蔵庫で保存しておいてくださいね
