プリンはしっかり焼いてます
でもツルンとなめらかですよ

５月のお茶教室では　「カスタードプリン」と「オペラ」を出しました。

オペラといっしょに合わせたお茶は「岩茶大紅袍」
さらに自家焙煎された大紅袍だそうで、コーヒーやチョコレートの風味とものすごく美味しいと感じました。

幸せな時間でした。
