18センチのマルグリットで焼いてみました
プレゼントしたくなる焼き菓子です

マーガレットを型取たマルグリット型で焼くアーモンド生地の焼き菓子

5月の応用のお菓子クラスで作っていました。

マルグリット型は、シンプルなのに愛らしくてバランスのとれた形で使い易い優れものです。
デザイナーにありがとうを言いたくなるほど大好きな型です。
