シンプルな基本の生地にレーズン、ナッツ、オレンジピールを入れて焼くとリッチな味わい。

レーズンのラム酒漬け、一年前に漬けたものを使ったら、味にふくらみが出てとても風味がよかったのです。

レーズンのラム酒漬けはいたんだりしないから、古くなったからといって捨てたりしないでくださいね。
