ビスキュイのロールケーキ　チョコレートバージョン

ビスキュイ生地を使ったロールケーキです。
生地はビスキュイ・ア・ラ・キュイエール　です。
ボコボコの表情と薄くパリパリした食感がたのしいロールケーキです。
普通の共立て法のスポンジと比べるとパサパサという感じではあリますが、だからこそ中に巻く生クリームの風味が際立つ味なのです。
