スフレ生地のロールケーキ、恒例になっているレッスンです。

スフレ生地のプレーン味はコースのレッスン応用のお菓子でレッスンしていますが、こちらはチョコレート味で紹介します。

スフレ生地はしっとりしていて食べごたえのある味わい。そして甘さ控えめ。
中にホイップクリームとチョコレートカスタードクリームを巻きます。
バランスのいい味に仕上げます。
