イチジクは味が薄いフルーツ。パート・シュクレではしっかり風味と歯応えのあり過ぎなので合わないと思います。
さくっと軽いパート・ブリゼで仕上げていくのがいいです。

9月の応用レッスンで作りました。
まだ暑かった9月は、イチジクのタルトレットが食感も軽くて、美味しく感じる季節でした。
