可愛い色を使って仕上げました

77歳のお祝いの「喜寿」

2人で召し上がるので、ロールケーキでシンプル＆小ぶりで仕上げました。

ロールケーキの生地はスフレと同じような作り方で、食べごたえあリますが、甘さ控えめです。季節のフルーツ、この時はメロンを使いました。
