いつもありがとうございます。
本日は雪が積もらないほどで降っています。
寒いので冬らしいお菓子が作りたいと思う一日でした。チョコレートを使ったお菓子が食べたくなります。
でも今日はいちごのトルテのレッスンでした。ケーキだけは春の気分ですね
このケーキにはお菓子の基礎がたくさん盛り込まれています。
なんといってもスポンジがうまく焼けることです。おいしければまた作りたくなります。
