サワーチェリーパイ。
研究のレッスンで7月9月に作っています。

生地はパートブリゼを使います。
パートブリゼは基本の生地のひとつで知っているとお菓子作りが広がります。

アメリカンパイを作る時には欠かせません！

サワーチェリーパイが作れるようになったら、ミックスベリーやブルーベリーでもパイを作れるようになります。
