小さなショートケーキ

スポンジ生地は12㎝の丸型で焼いて生クリームで仕上げたショートケーキです。
お渡しするだけのバースデーケーキとしては最適な大きさかもしれません。
一人でも食べれそうな大きさ。

カットケーキは好みのものを選ぶのでしょうが、バースデーケーキはお祝いすることがいちばんで、なじみのある生クリームとスポンジ生地のケーキでお祝いしたいし喜んでもらえるようです。
口頭でもいいから　おめでとう！　のメッセージを付け加えて。
