メレンゲで作ったシンプルなお菓子でとても人気のある味わいのエンゼルフードケーキ。
メレンゲを作って粉を加えて混ぜるだけのシンプルさなのにもっちりした食感で美味しいのです。
生クリームをホイップしてココナッツで飾るのですが、このココナッツが小さなお子様たちにはあまり人気がないようです。
生クリームだけで飾ってココナッツは別添えしてお渡ししています。
大人はココナッツ美味しいのにね。
