ルバーブを手に入れました。
使うのは初めてです。
もちろん生のものです。

作りたいと思っているお菓子はありますが、まずはジャムを作ってみます。
味見です。

個性的な酸味！
そうそうこれこれ！

作りたいお菓子のレシピがうまく完成するとよいのですが。
不安と期待のルバーブです。
