フルーツを使った生クリームとスポンジのふんわりクリーミーなデコレーションケーキには桃を使ったものを作っています。
桃は生が美味しいと思いますが、ケーキに仕上げる場合はシロップでコンポートにしたりして加工する方が生地やクリームとなじんで美味しくなってくれます。
