Mousse aux fraises　（ムース　オ　フレイズ）

ただいま、２月までのご提供となる　「マイルシュタイン」、定番の「チーズケーキアメリカン」に加えて、おひな祭りに向けた可愛いくてとろけるようなお菓子をラインナップに加えました。

Mousse aux fraises（イチゴのムース）
イチゴの華やかな香り、ミルクチョコレートからなる２層のムースとジョコンド生地。
春をイメージしながら作ってみました。
