面白そうなサイトを見つけたので載せてみます。ちなみにFlash とは、アニメーション作成やYouTube の開発などに使われているソフトウェアの名称です。

このサイトにイラストを描いたりする機能はありませんが、高価なソフトウェアが手元に無くともちょっとしたプログラミング、検証ができるという点で、楽しめるサイトかも。
