仕事帰りに食材を買いに行くのがきつい。
明日の朝は納豆。昼はファミマ。夜こそはスーパー玉出へ。

ちなみに今晩はレトルトのソースにニラ＋人参＋玉葱＋卵を入れたパスタと納豆。
