今日のランチ


今日は定休日、午前中にお墓参りを済ませ、お昼はパスタに決定。

野菜は家の畑で取れた、タマネギ・ナス・ピーマンを使ってミートソースを作りました。
と言うか家の畑から頂いたのですが・・・
前の家の旦那さんが作ってくれています。
新鮮な野菜なので、あまり煮込んでいないソースです。

プチトマトは庭にプランターから出来たものです。
カボチャは素揚げにしていますが、とにかく今日は肉より野菜。

夜はゴーヤチャンプルしましたよ。
