筍と豚バラの中華炒め


今日はご近所さんから、筍（はちく）を頂きました。

５月の連休過ぎくらいから出てくるそうです。
細くて柔らかいので、他に出来そうな料理があると思うのですが、夏バテ防止、豚肉と一緒に炒めることにしました。
切った筍と豚バラをサッと炒め、酒、中華の素で味付けをして出来上がり！
飾り付けに自家菜園のイタリアンパセリを付けました。
