大根餃子

今夜のおかずは餃子を作ってみま...
今夜のおかずは餃子を作ってみました。
餃子の皮の代わりに、大根をスライスしたものを使います。
具は豚のバラ肉をフードプロセッサーでミンチにしたもの・ネギ・セロリ・ピーマンのみじん切り。
片栗粉でつなぎます。
和からしとポン酢でいただきま～す。
とってもヘルシーです！

大根は薄くスライスした方がいいですね。
私は少しサッと下茹でをしました。
ちょっとおこげができましたね～
