今日の収穫

家の家庭菜園で今日、収穫した野菜たちです。
ビニールで囲って温室にしていたので、冬を越せました。
ブロッコリー・菜の花・ミニ大根・京ニンジン・紫レタス　こんなもんじゃ～

今夜は、菜の花のおひたしを作ってみました。
酢味噌と、きび砂糖・みりんで和えました。
ほんの少しほろ苦くて、美味しく頂きました。

やっぱり自分で作ったものは、美味しく感じられる、根っこまで食べてしまいそう。

今年は寒かったのによく越せましたね〜
何だか食べるのが惜しいくらい（笑）
